Cinémotif Films is a Prague-based independent film production company founded in 2016 by Kristýna Michálek Květová. While the company started with producing mostly debut features and author documentaries, Cinémotif Film has, in time, expanded its portfolio and engages in all types of audiovisual productions, including minority co-productions.
The company has now three producers: Kristýna Michálek Květová, Martina Netíková and Tomáš Michálek. We focus on development and production of both feature and documentary films but also TV series suitable for European co-productions. We are interested in both majority and minority film projects that are looking for new approaches to filmmaking. We enjoy growing together with filmmakers that we can build long-lasting relationships with. Our films have travelled to festivals such as Venice, Locarno, Hot Docs or Visions du Réel.
We are members of Czech Audiovisual Producer Association.
